How Long Will My Delivery Take?

We generally post daily via Royal Mail. Most items are sent out first class with a standard. Please allow 3-5   working days for standard deliveries within the UK . If your delivery does not arrived after 5 working days do not hesitate to contact us using the contact us section.

 What Are The Delivery Charges?

 £2.95  Royal Mail standard post for all items including multiple items.

Or £3.95 for Recorded post Royal Mail on all items including multiple items.

We also offer  Next  day delivery see options at checkout


Please Note we are unable to issue refunds/replacements on items which have not been sent out via registered/recorded/signed for delivery including international post. Be sure to choose the option which best suits you. Thank you. 

For international Deliveries we generally send all items out via “Royal Mail to sign for” and have a standard fee varies from £8 - £12 per item including multiple. Your item once sent out in this manner should arrive approximately between 7-10 working days, has a tracking and is insured. You however have the option of Royal Small Packet it is cheaper but uninsured so we are unable to do any refunds if items are lost or damaged in post.    Any delays be sure to contact us .

Please note You are responsible for any duty charges imposed by your country if any.

Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

Should you wish to cancel a purchase of any item you may do so within 24hrs   from the time of your ordered and we will refund your money.


Most makeup items are easily opened and can be tested once received. Due to personal and hygiene reasons this makes returns unacceptable on particular makeup items. We are only able to accept returns on makeup items which are sealed on return. Should you wish to return please do so within 7 working days of receiving it.  PS Ensure you complete the  return form at the return section . We will refund your money via the same method in which you had purchased the item excluding postage to return.

 For exchanges we are only able to do so on items which are sealed and they also have to be returned for exchange within 7 working days UK & 14 days Internationational . Please note the customer is  responsible for postage  on return – so please retain  proof of postage or your tracking number.  

 Damaged or faulty item claims must be submitted within 3 working days after receipt of your delivery by  email. We cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 3 working days after the delivery date. To obtain a refund or replacement please keep both the item(s) and the box or shipping materials for   or the courier to examine. If not claims against the carrier will not be impossible nor will we be able to recompense you. Replacements will be sent following inspection.

Finally -We have attempted to provide the best image  in this  photo, however due to monitor settings it may not always be possible  so Please were possible be 100% sure of your colour or shade . I generally advise my clients to visit a beauty shop and test out the colour(s) before buying
